We try to ship our items in 1-2 business days after the order was processed. However, if it's the weekend or holiday, there might be a little delay since the post offices are closed. Don't worry! We will send you a notification mail with tracking number when your item ships!
We care about your feedback! If you have any problem with your order please send us an email at email@example.com within the 14 days of the item's delivery. Return shipping is not covered unless you received a defective or wrong item. Returned items must be unused and sent with the original packaging. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. We will make sure that you're satisfied with your order and do our best to make you happy!
For the US customers, standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for you to receive your item depending on your location. We also have faster shipping options that you will be able to see at the checkout. You will get a tracking number and able to see the status of your order. For international customers, it takes around 7-21 business days. Some delays might occur due to the processing time of your local postal services. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Yes! Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make the necessary changes to your address as long as your package is not shipped yet. If you enter the wrong address and we ship your order, we are not responsible for the lost or damaged packages.

If you need to make an exchange after receiving the package, we can also help you with that if you send us an email to the address above. Don't forget to add your order number when you're sending the email!
